Terms and Conditions for Samoht Retail Store

By accessing or using the physical retail store premises or the online platform provided by Samoht, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services and platforms.

1. Warranty:

    a. All items purchased from Samoht retail store are covered by a 30-day warranty period starting from the date of purchase.

    b. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage caused by mishandling, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized  repairs/modifications.

    c. Samoht reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for warranty service based on their assessment of the defect.

2. Returns and Exchanges:

    a. Samoht offers a hassle-free return/exchange policy for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

    b. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

    c. Returns or exchanges for personalized or customized products will not be accepted unless the item is defective or the customization was done incorrectly by Samoht.

    d. For returns or exchanges that fall outside the warranty period, a restocking fee may be applicable.

    e. All returns or exchanges are subject to verification and inspection by Samoht before processing the refund or exchange.

3. Electronics Return Policy:

    a. All returns or exchanges for electronics must be verified and approved by Samoht before processing.

    b. In case of a defect or malfunction, customers must contact Samoht's customer support within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process.

    c. Prior to returning the electronics item, customers may be required to provide additional information, videos, or images to assist in verifying the claimed defect.

    d. If the defect is confirmed, Samoht will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for the eligible return.

    e. Failure to comply with Samoht's verification procedures may result in the denial of the return or exchange request.

4. Intellectual Property:

    a. The content, imagery, designs, and logos used on Samoht's website, online platforms, and retail store are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without explicit written permission from Samoht.

5. Limitation of Liability:

    a. Samoht shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use its products, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential.

    b. In no event shall Samoht's liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law:

    a. The interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Samoht's retail store is located.

By purchasing from Samoht's retail store or using our online platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Samoht reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.
